The committee will notify those chosen as our new Treasures. Please give the nominee’s age and tell why he or she merits the award. You may print this form or write a personal letter. The nomination should describe the person’s community involvement, with examples of leadership, dedication, and specific endeavors. Writers are encouraged to include personal stories and memories, and how this person affected your life. Biographical information and any printed articles are helpful. It is also helpful to have additional letters from other friends or family. Our Living Treasures serve as role models and mentors with their examples of hope, deeds, and wisdom. They reflect the heart, soul, and spirit of our community.
